INDIANA FEVER COACH CHRISTIE SIDES IS GETTING ROASTED FOR CONTROVERSIAL DECISION VS. CHICAGO SKY

The Indiana Fever and Chicago Sky are locked in a tightly-contested WNBA game on Sunday.

At halftime, the Fever are clinging on to a narrow one point lead, 46-45.

Both Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese have had solid performances in the first half. Clark currently has 8 points and 7 assists while Reese also has 8 points and 8 rebounds.

Fever head coach elected to start Kristy Wallace during Sunday's game against the Fever. Wallace isn't one of the most popular players for the Fever. Therefore, Sides is getting roasted on social media for giving Wallace the minutes that she does.

"I'm convinced that Kristy Wallace has compromising pictures of Christie Sides...." one X user wrote when news of Wallace's start surfaced.

"Kristy Wallace has to have some info on one Christie Sides. No other explanation for this level of tomfoolery," wrote another.

"I truly don’t understand Christie Sides’ decision to give Wallace as many minutes as she does when she has Katie Lou and Lexie Hull, who frankly, have out performed her so far this season," a third fan wrote on X.

Despite this roasting, Wallace does have 9 points at the half.

Perhaps Sides knows what she's doing.
