EVERYONE LOVED SERENA WILLIAMS' MESSAGE TO CAITLIN CLARK
Serena Williams recently had a strong message for Caitlin Clark as she continues to deal with haters.
Williams knows what Clark is going through since she went through something similar when she was on the tennis court and delivered a great message to her when she got asked about it.
"I love that she tries to stay so grounded," Williams said. "She said she doesn't look at her social (media) and I get it, I don't either and I think it's so important to continue to do what she's doing, no matter what other people do. If people are negative it’s because they can’t do what you do."
WNBA fans on social media loved this statement.
"Serena Williams has proven on more than one occasion to be one of the most reasonable female athletes when it comes to commentary on sports," one tweet read.
"She’s right. CC is doing what others in the league couldn’t: boosting its popularity in a significant way," another tweet read.

Clark will be back in action on Sunday when the Indiana Fever take on Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky. Tip-off will be at Noon ET.
