BILLS LEGEND'S DAUGHTER QUALIFIES FOR PARIS OLYMPICS

The Buffalo Bills will have a notable connection during the 2024 Paris Olympic Games later this summer.

Jasmine Jones, the daughter of former Bills All-Pro safety Henry Jones, has qualified for the 400-meter hurdles after finishing third in the event during Sunday's Olympic Trials in Eugene, OR.

Jasmine, a recent graduate of USC, ran a 52.77 in the event, a new personal-best. She might need to top that mark if she's to take home the gold for the United States once the Games officially begin.

As for her father, back in 2019, he reflected on his thoughts ahead of being drafted 26th overall by Buffalo in 1991.

"I knew I was coming to a Super Bowl team (with) a lot of veterans, so I was very excited," he said. "But at the same time, I knew I had a lot to prove to the guys on the team because it was such a good team. I really felt, even right after I got drafted, that we were going to be going to Super Bowls."

Jones played 10 of his 12 NFL seasons with the Bills. During his second year in the league, he earned a Pro Bowl nod and was named a First-Team All-Pro after snagging a league-leading eight interceptions for the Bills in the 1992 season.

He started 129 of 144 games with Buffalo while posting 663 total tackles, five sacks, seven forced fumbles, nine fumble recoveries, 18 interceptions and four touchdowns.
