RED SOX OF JARREN DURAN HAD HILARIOUS REACTION TO BEING TOLD HE WAS GOING TO HAVE AN OFF-DAY

Ahead of the Boston Red Sox's 4-3 win over the Cincinnati Reds on Saturday, Red Sox manager Alex Cora had a meeting with one of his best players.

Cora called outfielder Jarren Duran into his off to tell him that he had an off-day, which would've been his first of the season. According to Cora, the outfielder wasn't happy with that.

"Last night, I called him into the office, and I said 'Hey, you have an off day tomorrow.' He was like '(Expletive) that,'" Cora said with a laugh.

Duran ended up playing in the game, his 77th start of the season, and the Red Sox were lucky that he did, as he went 2-for-4, scored the game-winning run on a sacrifice fly and robbed a home run in the ninth inning to protect the lead.

With the way that Duran's been playing, he should be out there each and every day for Boston.
