FREE UK DELIVERY. Autosessive offer a free standard delivery option on all orders sent to a UK mainland address. Sorry, but this option is not available for Highlands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and any offshore address.
Except where otherwise stated we typically deliver within 3-4 days to UK mainland, and aim to despatch orders within 1 working day of when we receive them. Some exceptions will occur on larger deliveries or deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, off shore islands, Northern Ireland and deliveries outside the UK. We will always advise if deliveries will take longer as we never like to hold up an autosessive project.
An EXPRESS DELIVERY option is usually available for an additional fee. This amount is displayed within each product listing. When ordered before 3pm (Mon-Fri) an express delivery will be despatched on a Next Working Day delivery service.

If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the returns note completed with reason(s) for return.
Items returned without a completed returns note cannot be accepted. Your returns note is included within your original delivery documentation or contact us for a replacement copy.

Sending back to Autosessive
Please package your item(s) securely, returning in the original outer packaging where possible. All items returned by post (unless faulty) are returned at your cost. When returning items by post, you are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge.) If you post your item(s) back to us, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days, providing your completed Returns note is included with the items returned.

Depending on the size and weight of the item you wish to return, it may be necessary for Autosessive to collect your goods from you and we will charge you for collecting the goods if they are not faulty. We will inform you if collection is necessary when you contact us about your return.

For faulty items, we will, upon receipt of the product, examine it or we may have to return it to the manufacturer for examination. We aim to dispatch a replacement product, arrange a repair or refund your money within 14 days, providing your Returns Authorisation form is included with the items returned.
Promotional items: When returning items that were purchased online as part of a ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ offer, 'Buy One, Get One Half Price' offer, '3 for 2' offer, or a 'Buy , Get a Free' offer, all of the items involved in the offer must be returned.
All electrical items can only be exchanged if faulty or if returned unused with the original seal and wrapping intact. Personalised products and made-to-order products cannot be returned unless faulty.

In the very unlikely event that you have a problem with any product you have purchased from us, then please contact us via messages, where our customer support team are ready to help you and start the warranty return process.
All the products we sell have a minimum of 12 months warranty (unless otherwise stated), which covers parts which are found faulty through manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover and we will have no liability to you in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, tampering of goods, abnormal working conditions, incorrect fitting or ordering of goods or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
You will complete a warranty claim form and return it back to us, upon return we will assess your claim, and if necessary, will collect the parts at our cost (UK mainland only). Where necessary to do so, goods will be sent for inspection and testing by the manufacturer, as per manufacturer conditions. The manufacturers report will be final and we shall have no further liability to you.
You will allow reasonable opportunity for claims to be investigated by us/the manufacturer prior to any replacement, refund or credit being issued and where required provide additional information and or goods for inspection if requested by us or the manufacturer.
Any item which is proved and admitted by the manufacturer to be defective during the relevant warranty period due to material or structural defect will be replaced free of charge or credited in full at our discretion. Under no circumstances will we accept liability for consequential loss or damage or pay for any repairs or alterations without prior authorisation.
We will have no liability with regard to any claim in respect of which you have not complied with the claims procedures in the Warranty Conditions.
All warranties provided are non-transferable and apply only for the original customer.
The warranty starts from the date of delivery, if we replace the goods within the warranty period, the warranty does not start again, you will only benefit from the remaining warranty period.
If you are exercising your ‘right to reject’, you must notify us prior to fitment of the goods and within the 30 day period. Once fitted we reserve the right to investigate your claim.
Under no circumstances will we accept liability to you in respect of costs incurred such as: (but not limited to) loss of earnings, travel expenses, recovery costs, damages etc.
